In the event that the order is canceled (at the request of the customer within the permitted period or by the Reem Store team for any other relevant reasons), the amount will be returned to the customer’s account or the customer’s credit card. It may take up to 48 hours for the amount to appear in the card balance, depending on the working mechanism of the card issuing bank.
