Reem store's exchange and return policy


1- Without prejudice to the contractual and regulatory provisions of the warranty, tailored abayas cannot be returned or replaced except in the event of a manufacturing defect in the piece, within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the abaya in accordance with the store’s policy, and no abaya will be received after the expiration of the period according to the Ministry of Commerce.


2- If the abaya arrives to the customer with a manufacturing defect or defect, the abaya will be returned or exchanged and the customer will be compensated with a 10% discount code for future orders.


3- The product must be in its original condition and has not been previously used, with all tags attached to it, not removed or damaged, and must be wrapped in the original packaging. This excludes the gifts that come with the order, as they do not have to be returned.


4- The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure the safety of the abaya, and the customer bears paying the shipping cost if she wants to replace the abaya. In international exchange, the customer bears the full shipping costs and delivers the abaya to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors on the part of the store, the customer will be compensated and bear the shipping costs. .


Return Policy:

2- If there is no defect in the order, the return costs will be borne by the customer.


The customer bears the shipping cost, and if the product is defective or contains an error, Reem Store bears the full costs.


Replacement terms:


The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, with all labels attached, not removed or damaged, and in the original packaging.


. Products that cannot be exchanged or returned are (Niqab, Al-Tarrah,).


. If the product is defective or contains an error regarding the top abayas, Reem Store will bear the full shipping costs. If there is no defect in the order, the customer will bear the shipping costs and the shipping amount will be deducted from the customer.


Note: The application processing time is 8-12 days


. After the policy is issued by Reem Store, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company registered on the policy (Aramex, DHL, SMSA).


After completing the submission, you must wait for the policy to receive the return (the policy is sent as a text message and email within 48 working hours).


Upon receiving the return policy, the products submitted must be handed over to the shipping company (the policy is valid for 3 working days, and the return and exchange period is 10 working days after arriving at the store).


Exchange is available only once, no returns are allowed for replacement order.
